Asymptotic expansions of homogeneous solutions are obtained, and cylinder stress-strain state is analyzed.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>На основе метода однородных решений изучена задача кручения трансверсально-изотропного полого цилиндра малой толщины с переменными модулями сдвига.
