A model of spatial fire spread according to Monte Carlo method is offered. An example of the software implementation of this model is given.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Рассмотрена роль информационной системы в обеспечении пожарной безопасности образовательного учреждения. Предложена модель пространственного распространения пожара на основе метода Монте-Карло.
