Historical forms of multinational corporations (MNC) tourism, their organizational structure and economic performance specifity are determined. A modern definition of transnationalization as a trend of world tourism market development is given.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Рассмотрены особенности процесса транснационализации в сфере производства и распределения туристических услуг, определены исторические формы отраслевых транснациональных корпораций, специфика их организационной структуры и хозяйственного функционирования.
