The physical analogue of the liquid boiling crisis origination is offered.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Представлены экспериментальные сравнения между величинами пиковых критических тепловых потоков при ненасыщенном кипении бинарных смесей вода – этанол и вода – изоамиловый спирт и величинами скорости внешнего испарения навесок соответствующих жидкостей.
