The computer program created on the base of FreeFem++ permits to investigate temporally the IEF-process and to model and optimize a real experiment.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Решена задача о 2D-распределении биополимеров при изоэлектрическом фокусировании в прямоугольной электрофоретической камере в иммобилизованном градиенте pH.
