INTERCONNECTION BETWEEN EVAPORATION RATE AND CRITICAL DENSITY OF HEAT FLOW OF BOILING BINARY LIQUID MIXTURES

Abstract

The experimental comparisons between the critical heat flux values under the unsaturated boiling of water-ethanol and water-isoamyl alcohol binary mixtures, and the external evaporation rates of the corresponding liquid weights are presented. The physical analogue of the liquid boiling crisis origination is offered.
