LAW AND POSTMODERNISM'S DISCOURS: THE DUALITY OF EXPLANATION OF THE MODERN SOCIAL WORLD

Abstract

In clause polemic of the author with philosophy of a postmodernism concerning understanding of a category of the law is stated. Subject of polemic is denying by postmodernists of the social law, or «the great legend» as they name any generalization, called to explain the world acts. The author specifies theoretical defect and logic contradictions of the concept of philosophers - postmodernists and comes to conclusion that their theories, in turn, are not capable to do without conceptual generalizations. The positive moment of clause is ascertaining of an opportunity of practical use of the objective social law as analytical tool at research of public events.
