TECHNIQUE OF IMPROVEMENT OF BUSINESS-PROCESSES AT INFORMATION SYSTEMS DESIGNING ON EXAMPLE OF SOTT OPEN SOCIETY "ROSNEFT-KRASNODARNEFTEGAZ"
Abstract
The brief characteristic and a technique of realization of the analysis and improvement of administrative and industrial business business-processes are given in the article. The offered approach and a technique of realization of research of business-processes allow to develop information systems at the enterprises and organizations with a minimum quantity of mistakes. The information on realization of the analysis of process of service parts in Open Society SOTT “Rosneft-Krasnodarneftegaz” is presented in the article.
