DEVELOPMENT OF REGIONAL CONSALTING INFRASTRUCTURE OF BUSINESS SUPPORT
Abstract
Some issues of the development of the critical element in the support system of small and medium-sized businesses in the Russian regions - infrastructure facilities – are considered. The classification model by virtue of the government authorities and forms of support is resulted. The regional model in which the coordinator’s function is imposed on the management company that implements the tasks on the elaboration and implementation of common standards and criteria, as well as the system effectiveness, is offered. The structural model of managing multi-industry consulting centres is presented.
