Scientific Activities

Member of the Expert Council of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation on Management, Informatics and Computer Engineering; expert of the Scientific and Technical Sphere, Federal Research Centre for Projects Evaluation and Consulting Services; expert of the RAS, RSF and RFFI.

Prof. Ougolnitsky has developed theory of the sustainable management of active systems with applications to the eco-economic, organizational and social systems. He has proposed the concept of simulation corruption in hierarchical control systems.

Research Areas

Mathematical simulation of hierarchical control systems and mechanisms in organizational and eco-economic systems.

Publications

Over 160 scientific papers including 40 papers in Wos/Scopus publications.
