SOCIOPHILOSOPHICAL ANALYSIS OF LEGAL PERSONAL SOCIALIZATION
Abstract
The social and philosophical analysis of the development of the law and legal socialization idea in the history of philosophical thought is given. Besides, some negative features of the legal socialization in the contemporary Russian society are revealed.
