A new class of integral operators with fiber singular type homogeneous kernels in the space L_p(R²) is introduced. This new class includes the class of operators with SO(2)-invariant homogeneous kernels. For Banach algebra of pair operators with fiber singular type homogeneous kernels the symbol calculus is constructed and the criterion of Fredholmness is obtained.

Melt crystallization peculiarities of the system have been investigated by means of X-Ray diffraction and microstructure analysis. It is shown that content changing of hexagonal tungsten carbide in the mixture essentially influences processes of phases formation at crystallization. It is ascertained that tungsten carbide having hexagonal structure partly transforms to the double carbide FeW₃C, which under the terms of carbon shortage transits to superlattices of the type M₆C.

In work the processes of structure formation of a pipe steel under action of various kinds and modes of heat treatment (at furnace or induction heating) are investigated. The efficiency of induction hardening of oil-and-gas pipes from an intercritical interval of temperatures is shown. This mode in a combination with other kinds of heat treatment (normalization, full hardening and tempering) is provided jump of a yield point and especially a cold resisting property of steel (almost on the order at the temperature of test −70°С).
