APPLICATION OF TRIMETHADIONE CYANIN DYESTUFF FOR DETERMINATION OF ANIONIC SYNTHETIC SURFACE-ACTIVE SUBSTANCES IN SEWAGE AND NATURAL WATERS

Abstract

The results of extraction-photometric method of determining anionic synthetic surface-active substances (SAS) by some trimethadione cyanic dyestuff are described. Under optimal conditions of determining anionic synthetic surface-active substances the suggested reagents allow to increase selectivity and to decrease toxicity of the method compared to the standard technique.
