PHYSICAL AND MATHEMATICAL SCIENCES
The mathematical analysis of the problem of so-called “non-Gaussian” regimes in the computational solution of the integro-differential isoelectric focusing (IEF) problem is done. Due to the problem analytic transformation, the development of the optimization algorithms and the numerical asymptotic testing, it is found that non-Gaussian regimes are the property of the original mathematical problem, and not the computational error accumulation consequence.
TECHNICAL SCIENCES
Kinds of liquid dashpots, braking modes are considered. The improvement of the drive dynamic indices by applying the slotted hydraulic damper is shown on the mathematical model.
A new technique for the objective assessment of the engineering system complexity is offered. The complexity class concept is introduced.
The buckling problem of the hollow circular cylinder is considered. The small-strain theory superimposed on the finite is used. The subcritical initial stress state is inhomogeneous. The law of state is defined by Blatz-Ko.
The simulation and optimization of the ultralight helicopter aerodynamic characteristics at the design stages and phases which permit to determine optimal values of the engine power and speed are performed.
The experimental data in the field of the radial angular-contact ball bearings are resulted. The cold assembly technology for the radial angular-contact ball bearings, in which the inner race cooling temperature is determined with its aftercontraction to provide the ball bearing assembly support, is worked out.
The problem on the procedure formalization of the optimal selection of the constructional material and the requirements to part strengthening treatment in the integrated CAD/CAM is stated.
The boundary element analysis data of forging round cross-section blanks by the radial rolling-impression dies are presented. The effective technological parameter boundary values for the forging process which permit to lower the increase of the strain nonuniformity in forging cross section are defined. The numerical analysis data are put in the functional expressions making connection between the broaching technological parameters, notch parameters in the dies, and cross section in the blanks used.
The experimental comparisons between the critical heat flux values under the unsaturated boiling of water-ethanol and water-isoamyl alcohol binary mixtures, and the external evaporation rates of the corresponding liquid weights are presented. The physical analogue of the liquid boiling crisis origination is offered.
On the basis of the gathered statistics on the NPP accidents and earthquakes all over the world, the correlative relationship (according to Pearson criterion) between the NPP accident risks and natural technogenic ES risks effecting the stability and operation safety of such highly dangerous installations is revealed. The prognostic calculation during risk events from Poisson’s law is made. It is found that the correlation relationship power between earthquakes and NPP accidents is mean, and so the recurrence of such events in the future is probable.
In the elaboration of the double-disc grinding theory, the parametrization procedure of the technological parameters, such as current stock removal distribution, stock removal velocity, cutting forces and elastic strain along the circular and linear trajectory of the work flow feed including the grinding conditions asymmetry for the backfaces, is worked out.

The definition of the ‘historical consciousness’ phenomenon is presented. Its description is given, and its functions under the formation of the contemporary Russian society are considered.

The choice of the educational process organization paradigm at the non-state economic university, which balances the conceptual ideas of the institutional education harmonization underlying in the theoretical development, is proved. The authors standpoint on the possible seamless framing of the basic-traditional and learner-centered (educational) paradigm requirements within the competence-based paradigm according to the paradigmatic educational model is presented.
Modeling is considered a powerful means of cognition. It is used, as a rule, as one of the effective training methods and devices. The performed analysis has resulted in determining the usage patterns and the advantages of the modeling method application as a training method in the information technologies. It is found out that the application of the modeling method in the information technologies at the technical university permits to develop information competencies including so important for a contemporary specialist modeling methodological knowledge.
