Closedness equation for biorthogonal system of functions has been derived. Closed-loop function systems characteristics are defined. They allow to solve contact problems of elasticity theory for finite bodies – a rectangle, a circular plate, a cylinder of finite length, etc.
Possibility of application of ant colony algorithms for realization of the transposition ciphers cryptanalysis is studied. Its application to the plain text results in the cryptogram received by shifting symbols of the plain text in a certain order. It is shown how this problem can be restricted to a classical problem of allocation solved by ant colony algorithm. The solution algorithm is given. An example of ant algorithm performance is described.
Closed solution of the elasticity problem on the half-plane balance with rectilinear shift dislocation is presented. The dislocation core is assumed to lie inside the area, and the slip line - to cross the half-plane boundary. The solution applicability to the estimation of the crust stress state near disjoint dislocations is considered.

Application of stroboscopic Poincare map for diagnosis of a radial drill deviation is considered.
The application of stroboscopic Poincare map for the recovery of normal path of dynamic system motion in case of peak additive disturbance and in absence of a priori data on frequency of restorable signal is considered.

The problem of the clutch operation accuracy increase without introducing material changes into its construction is solved on the ground of N.D. Verner's construction of the adaptive lamellar clutch which friction group consists of disks made from the materials with different friction values.
The experimental study results of several hydrodynamic parameters of fluid discharge through the throttle channels of cylindrical or flat forms are offered. The pressure distribution in different points of flow in the considered throttle channels has been analyzed.
The computation method of the thrust plain bearing with flexible mounting face based on the equations of micropolar fluid motion and Lame's equations for a 'thin-layer' case is offered. The impact assessment of dimensionless criteria values characteristic of the micropolar fluid, and the elastohydrodynamic parameter on the basic operation factors of the bearing is given.

HUMANITIES
A semiotic analysis of the emblems representing the parties elected to State Duma in December, 2007, has been carried out. The emblem structure, and their symbolic, graphical, colour, text and other elements are revealed. It has been found that emblem characteristics are expressed in archaization, folklorization, and are constructed on the ground of cultural diffusion. That permits them to be parts of different texts forming 'moving' semiotic systems.
The toolkit intended to increasing the investment activity of the enterprises of diverse patterns of ownership in the economic ecologization has been developed. The ecological and economic evaluation technique for the human impact of an enterprise on the environment is offered.
Actual aspects of the system development of the production sphere state regulation are presented.
