Abstract
It is shown, that introduction in structure of a fine disperse powder of aluminium of liquid film-forming greasing and use of warm pressing allows to increase ecological safety of technological process of reception of products from fine disperse powders of aluminium, by decrease in raising dust ability of fine disperse powders of aluminium by stages of pressing and formation of gases on stages of sintering.

Abstract
In the paper, the results of investigations on the milling cutters edges for splineway with and without hard surface layers. The wear examinations were divided into two groups: a) milling of the closed splineway and b) milling of the splineway opened on one side. The investigations were performed with material hardened up to 40-44 HRC. In both cases, the characteristics of the wear on the edges and the front of the milling cutter. In the paper, the graphs of the wear of milling cutters blades made out of sintered carbids covered with TiN and TiAlCN, as well as without coating are presented.

Abstract
Researches of influence of a temperature mode in system "sprayed particles - substrate " on formation of elements of nonequilibrium amorphizated structures of composite plasma coatingsNi80Cr20+12,5%MoS2(CaF2)+55%TiC are carried out. Increase of microhardness of spayed material was criterion of a amorphization degree. At research of influence of heating of particles various technological techniques of effective warming up as important condition of amorphization are analyzed. Influence on amorphization of thickness of plasma coatings and additional cooling of a substrate by a jet of compressed air are considered.

Abstract
In article the concept of creation of nanocrystalline ferromagnetic by methods of the powder metallurgy, based on use of mecahnosynthesis for reception of a powder of an amorphous alloy Fe73,5Cu1Nb3Si13,5B9 and low-temperature technological binders for reception by dry pressing with the subsequent heat treatment magnetic cores with sufficient mechanical durability and a demanded complex of electromagnetic properties is presented.

Using of known hypotheses at calculation radioelements outputs (RE) on a fatigue at action of casual vibration meets major complexities at calculations in requirements of a casual loading.
