Abstract
The numerical analytic solution to the unmixed axisymmetric problems of thermoelasticity for the continuous-inhomogeneous in depth half-space at the given heat sources and force action on its surface is offered. Hankel integral transform apparatus is used for the solution of the boundary value problem. The impact of variable in depth thermomechanical parameters in the boundary layer on the temperature field distribution, heat flow and face slip is analyzed.

Abstract
Toeplitz matrices with Hartwig-Fisher symbol are investigated. The extension of Szego theorem for normal Toeplitz matrices with complex-valued symbol from L? space on the unit circle is formulated and proved.
THREE-DIMENSIONAL CONTACT PROBLEM ON INTERACTION BETWEEN ELASTIC LAYER AND TWO PUNCHES UPON FRICTION
821-825 384
Abstract
Spatial contact problems are investigated for the finite elastic layer in one face of which two identical rigid elliptical punches are symmetrically indented taking into account friction under various types of boundary conditions on the other face. The problems are reduced to the integral equations relating to the contact pressure. The problems are solved by Galanov’s method.

Abstract
Impact of three different blades on the normal component of the critical cutting force is considered. The formula of the critical force normal component as a result of the knurled blade operation is presented. The formula derivation of the critical force normal component in the fixed and free shredding is described.

Abstract
The generalized estimation technique of the optimality level of the strain distribution in the forgings is offered. The technique is based on the estimated results of the pressing optimization reduced to the consistent criterion. Function parameters of the boundary frames of the numerical and physical pressing simulation are defined. They classify the design solutions by the analogous to the optimal, rational and nonrational ones depending on the factor of the geometrical complication of the final shape.

Abstract
Anti-mudflow protection and effectiveness of the anti-mudflow measures in the mountainous areas of the Black Sea coast in Russia as an example are considered. Some issues on the activity increase of the mudflow basins caused by the intensive construction of the venues and infrastructure at the Black Sea coast are touched.

Abstract
Research results of the crack behavior examination in steels with the ferrite martensitic composite structure are presented. It is shown that the crack propagation rate in these steels is considerably lower than in the same steels with secondary sorbite structure. It is discussed from the perspective of a special mechanism of front crack moving in the composite with tough fibres and plastic matrix.

Abstract
Results of the mathematical and experimental simulation of the distribution of carbon monoxide and excess heat in the air of the garage premises are presented. Fields of air movement, carbon oxide concentration and temperature indoor comparable to the experimental data have been obtained on the ground of the theoretical and experimental method.

Abstract
Some matters of the performance evaluation of the network software presented as a system functioning at the information load limit conditions are considered. The peakedness functional of the information load is offered. It permits to carry out modeling and numerical estimation of the variability ratio of the incoming and processing by the network software information.

Abstract
The method for determining the geometrical parameters of the cone rolls when designing the angular contact combined cone rolling bearings of 2K-V-type planetary pin carrier with the off-centroidal inner mangle gear at the second stage is stated. The bearings serve in case when no standard cone rolling bearings can be used due to the space restrictions.

Abstract
Noise level dependences of thin saws of the metal-cutting machines and woodworkers are resulted. It is shown that abatement of noise in the source can be achieved by the rational choice of the vibration cushioning specifications for the vibration protection systems.

Abstract
The matter of the ethnic identity construction is considered in the modern globalization processes. The historical background for various strategies of the national identification, their crisis in the second part of the 20th century, the uprise of the multiculturalism doctrine as an answer to the growing ethnic segmentation of the western societies are analyzed. Influence on the historical consciousness through the humanitarian disciplines teaching is considered as the key instrument of the identity construction.
